I’m Carrie Agasid.
I am the granddaughter of warriors.
I support people in cultivating somatic presence and inner resource in their lives, where time stretches and the body’s innate wisdom integrates with the discernment of the psyche. I work with individuals and groups who feel drawn toward a deeper, attuned relationship with themselves and others and are ready to do the somatic, depth-oriented work needed to get there.
I am a Thought Partner, Witness, and Guide to Leaders called to do the inner work required for a more interconnected, relational culture, at work and at home, beside loved ones. My work sits at the intersection of somatics, Jungian analytical psychology, Indigenous and contemplative philosophies, decolonization, and personal and collective practices toward equanimity and equity.
I hold deep gratitude for my teachers and lineages in Jungian psychoanalysis, Inherited Family Trauma, Hakomi, Embodiment Transformation, Arvigo and Tul’ix Therapies, Family Constellations,, Center for Babaylan Studies (CFBS), and Holistic Pelvic Care. I continue to walk this path as a student, and as such, this list will continue to grow.
I carry a lifelong vision and daily practice of Reciprocal Stewardship as a living being in the Great Cosmos that we inhabit together.

“From the very first encounter, it was clear to me Carrie was no ordinary soul. The quality of her attunement is so exquisite that you feel genuinely met the moment you’re in her company. She can drop into raw, honest truthfulness with effortless courage, and then move with equal grace into humor and levity without ever losing the thread of what matters.
She carries the compassion of a mother, the wisdom of an elder, and what I would describe as the fire of divine Love. Her connection to her own embodied truth is so palpable that simply being near her feels grounding and reassuring. She has such an immense heart. It is clear she has a rich inner wisdom she has earned through her own deep initiatory journey in life.
Our time together has inspired me to trust myself more fully, and to lean into my own desires and agency with greater courage and confidence. Carrie is a rare gift. Those who find their way into her presence will understand immediately why she is so deeply treasured.”
